Educating people SINCE 1420 AH(2000)

Al-Rowad International Schools was established at the beginning of the academic year 1420/1421 AH (1999/2000) in Riyadh by Shaikh Abdullah bin Ibrahim Al-Khalaf. Ever since the AdvancED (formally known as CITA) process started, both sections of the school have collaborated and coordinated more regularly. We now hold interdepartmental meetings on a monthly basis to discuss management issues, assessment, and activities. In the beginning of academic year 1425/1426 (2004/2005), Al-Rowad International Schools obtained the Accreditation of Cambridge Board of Examinations. The school was recognized as an academic centre under license number (SA-169). The Deputy Principal, Mr. Asr Salem, was nominated as the Programme Coordinator to manage the academic programme with the British Council in Riyadh. It was also accredited by AdvancED (formally known as CITA) in 2006-2007 and College Board in 2007-2008 academic year respectively.
