The name myAIS refers to the enterprise resource planner (ERP) of Al-Rowad International Schools. The main objectives of myAIS are: Promoting a culture of technology-enabled learning, offering durable services to ensure continuity of information flow anytime and anywhere, and promoting excellence at both local and international levels. As a result, myAIS aims at:



  • Providing a coherent set of services for day-to-day work of students, parents, teachers, staff and administrators
  • Providing accurate, consistent, timely and meaningful information to support senior management vision in exploiting emerging opportunities.myAIS
  • Maximizing the efficiency of administrative processes by converting paper-based procedures into electronic form.
  • Automating tedious admission and registration processes as well as helping parents and school administration in monitoring students' performance on individual and collective learning activities.
  • Capturing statistical data necessary for continuous assessment in order to promote success and disseminate best practices.
  • Enabling information access for parents and teachers to analyze, follow up and improve their children's performance.

myAISmyAIS was developed by Arrowad Group team of IT and education experts and in partnership with world leading ERP providers. Arrowad Technology, a member of Arrowad group companies, lead the development as an OEM partner for Foradian Technology, a world leading ERP solutions provider for educational institutes.

myAIS was deployed within the framework of an ambitious project to serve all od AIS stockholders. The services within myAIS mean different things to different stockholders. Here are general descriptions of myAIS

services from the users' perspective: Teachers and staff receive self-services from recruitment to end of service and beyond. Students are served by the system starting from application to graduation. Parents can monitor and support their children's performance. Administrators receive timely and accurate information in support decision-making process.
